It must be 7 or 8 years now since I started your training system. I have practised Qi Gong for longer(30 years?) I normally do Shaolin Warrior Qi Gong on a morning after a shower. Then use the bamboo brush this sets me up for the rest day. A E Taylor.

I have your qigong book and video. Why aren’t we following the meridians with the brush? I could see the sense in starting with Lung 1 and following the pathways to Liver 14. Your lesson seemed to lead towards a specific reasoning.
